HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't receive it shortly after placing your order, something may have gone wrong with the transaction. Please contact us; we're happy to help!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

It's not possible to change an order after it's been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to cancel the order before processing begins. Once the order is canceled, you can easily place a new order with the correct items.

Please note that due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that cancellations are always possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

If you need to cancel your order before it begins processing, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help, but because our team works quickly to process orders, we can't always guarantee cancellations.

If you placed an order with us but didn't receive an order confirmation, you may have entered the wrong email address. If so, please click here to contact us, and we'll check if an order is registered in your name. We can then correct your email address and email you an order confirmation. It's also possible that the order didn't go through. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

Delivery

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For orders under €69, a minimum shipping fee of €5.95 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

The total shipping costs are based on the country of delivery and the weight of your order and will be displayed in the checkout overview before you complete your purchase.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PACKAGES?

We use different carriers, depending on the size of your order. Once you've selected your products and proceed to checkout, you'll see which carrier will ship your package.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We'll pack your order as quickly as possible and ship it from our production facility. Our delivery time within the Netherlands is typically 2 to 5 business days from the date of order. Click here for more information about delivery times by country.
We aim to ship your order no later than the day after you place it. However, please keep in mind that it may sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to carrier delays or if our production has an unusually high volume of orders.

Complaints and returns

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by returning it. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price so you can place a new order.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

You have the right to return products within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

ARE THERE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging and use a traceable shipping method. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, we advise you not to accept it or sign for a delivery confirmation until you have checked that the contents are in good condition.

Is there any damage? Please file a complaint with the courier that delivered your order as soon as possible. The courier's name is listed on the receipt. Once you've reported the complaint to the courier, please contact our customer service so we can work together to find a solution.
