Welcome to PrintlyB! Below you will find our terms and conditions. These apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from PrintlyB and to every agreement concluded between PrintlyB and the consumer. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offer and agreement

  • All products on the website are described and depicted as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or printing techniques.

  • The agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed and payment has been completed.

  • PrintlyB reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of obvious errors (e.g., in pricing) or suspected misuse.

4. Prices and payment

  • All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made immediately upon ordering using available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

  • The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery and shipping costs

  • We ship orders within the Netherlands via DHL . The expected delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

  • For deliveries outside the Netherlands, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. These are clearly displayed during the checkout process .

  • PrintlyB is not responsible for carrier delays or import duties, customs fees, or other additional charges in the country of delivery.

  • PrintlyB is not liable for carrier delays or damage occurring during transport. See also Article 6.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. If you enter an incorrect address, we cannot be held liable for lost or incorrectly delivered packages.

6. Damaged or incomplete delivery

  • Did your order arrive damaged? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt by email (info@printlyb.com), including clear photos of the damage.

  • In the event of transport damage, we recommend that you check the package immediately upon receipt and refuse or sign for it with reservation if there is visible damage.

  • Then please contact our customer service so we can resolve the problem.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

  • You have the right to return your order up to 60 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • After receiving the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method used.

8. Warranty and complaints

  • We guarantee the quality of our products. If you have a complaint, please contact us by email (info@printlyb.com) with a clear description and, if possible, photos.

  • The statutory warranty applies: a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it.

9. Liability

  • PrintlyB is not liable for indirect damages (such as consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss).

  • Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, disruptions to internet traffic or delays by carriers), PrintlyB may temporarily suspend its obligations or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.

11. Personal data

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal data will only be used to process your order and in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the agreement (e.g., shipping services). See also our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

  • Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

  • Any disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where PrintlyB is located.
