My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, we advise you not to accept it or sign for a delivery confirmation until you have checked that the contents are in good condition.
If there is any damage, please file a complaint with the courier that delivered your order as soon as possible. The courier's name is listed on the receipt.
Once you have reported the complaint to the courier, please contact our customer service so we can work together to find a solution.
A product is damaged. What now?
Is a product in your order damaged? Take clear photos of the damage and contact our customer service. We will contact you to handle the complaint further.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by returning it. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price so you can place a new order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging and use a traceable shipping method. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return products within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
